Health assessments and Physical Abilities Testing are essential to determine the readiness to work of potential candidates. An assessment establishes medical clearance to work in safety-sensitive positions. Our evaluations help mitigate the risks health conditions can pose, both immediate and long-term.

We are able to provide comprehensive assessments that can be tailored to the needs of your workplace. Reduce injuries on the worksite by being aware of pre-existing injuries and limitations of employees.

Our comprehensive assessment includes a full medical history and head-to-toe physical assessment. All assessments are performed by qualified individuals (RN, LPN) and are able to be reviewed by a physician. We provide a fitness for duty determination, recommend additional assessments when they are needed, and advise on follow-up interventions, if required.

Preparing for a Health Assessment
You must bring Government issued photo identification (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.). Dress appropriately – all outerwear must be removed prior to testing including jacket, sweaters, coveralls, boots etc. Proper footwear must be worn. Sandals or barefeet are not allowed. Wear comfortable clothing – you may be required to undergo physical fitness evaluations which can be physical exerting. Stay normally hydrated prior to the assessment and be sure to eat within an hour prior. Expect to undergo a complete physical exam.

Easy to combine with drug and alcohol testing, pulmonary function testing, hearing testing or mask fit testing.
